Any merchandise returned or exchanged without authorization will not be accepted or will be charged a 25% restocking fee at our discretion. You may return any item (Except those items which are special ordered) for exchange or refund of your credit card account less shipping charges. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, with a copy of your receipt to insure proper credit.??

Merchandise returned after 30 days will not be accepted unless prior approval from a customer service representative has been granted. Items that are special ordered are not returnable. All items purchased with a discount coupon are subject to a restocking fee or 15%.
